Day 81 Thursday May 8th This morning I made the time to bake and cook and bake some more! I made a vanilla sponge cake for the boy. Knowing how pleased he’ll be when he arrives home from school and finds his favourite cake waiting for him is enough to make me happy! Day 81 down……..only 19 to go!!
Day 68 Friday April 25th Saturdays here are taking on a comforting form. Up with the lark, well up with the dog, and out for a walk. Coffee machine gets switched on along with the oven on my return.
